Description:
(1) A beautiful Agate Basin P.P. in two pieces. Very dark redish–brown chert. Bridger
chert?–P.B. All edges are fresh and sharp. May have been broken during manufacture
P. B. No basil grinding. Snap fracture. Total length of both pieces is 9.1cm. long, 2.4cm
wide, 0.76cm. thick. Some bilateral parallel flaking.

VE Exhibit Label 1:
An Agate Basin projectile point made of bridger chert. All of the edges are still fresh and sharp despite the fact that it is broken in half. This could have happened durring the manufacturing process. This type of projectile point is catagorized by its long, slender blade where the middle to bottom third of the shaft is the widest point tapering slighltly from that point to the tip.
