(1) Broken bottom of a "bitters" bottle. Very dark green blown glass.
(2) Small medicine(?) bottle. Molded glass w / turned lip. Molded lable reading "Dr August
Koenigs Hamburger Trobfen." round. 3.77 inches high, 1.04 inches dian. Necked.
(3) Same as above.
(4) Same as above w /broken lip.
(5) A square, long medicine bottle. Molded clear glass w / turned lip. mOlded lable that reads
"Sloan's Anti–Colic." 4.85 inches long, 1.17 inches square. Shouldered.
(6) A large very rusty nail A cut nail? 4 inches long.
(7) A small rectangular medicine bottle. Clear glass, molded w / turned lip. 3.5 inches high,
1.43 x 0.83 inches rectangular. Shouldered.
(8) A small glass medicine bottle. Molded w / turned lip. 3.25 inches high, 1.49 inches
diameter. round and shouldered.
(9) Brown glass vaseline jar. Molded and adapted for screw on lid. Molded lable "Vaseline,
Chesebrough New York." Shouldered. 2.84 inches tall, 2.07 inches diameter.
(10) The sloping shoulders and threaded neck of a bottle. About 1/2 of the metal cap remains in
place. Glass has turned purple.

The broken bottom of a "bitters" bottle in a dark green, blown glass. Bitters were traditionally an alcoholic mixture flavored with plant material that resulted in a bitter sour or bitter sweet flavor.
